Informative in conformity with the art. 13 of D.Lgs. 196/03, code in matter of the protection of the personal data. 

PURPOSE OF TREATMENT 
The data treatment is directly connected and exploit to the distribution of the demanded service.

MODALITY OF TREATMENT 
The data will be treated above all with electronic and informatics instruments and will be memorized on informatics devices and on paper as well as on any other suitable support; respecting all security measurements in conformity with the disciplining technician on the matter of security measurements, attachment D of the code on the matter of the personal data treatment.

THE ACQUISITION OF THE DATA IS OF FACOLTIVE NATURE 
the acquisition of the personal data has an optional nature. However even a partial non-underwriting of the personal data request for the compilation of the form “Information Request”, may determine the impossibility to proceed to the complete distribution of the requested service. 

TO WHO MAY BE COMMUNICATED SUBJECTS 
The personal data might be communicated to the staff of the company, which carries out the functions of responsible and is in charge of their treatment; the staff has been duly instructed in security matters and protection of personal data; in any case the prohibition to pass on the personal data to subjects, which are not necessarily related to the fulfilment of the requested services or to simply spread them out remains firm. 

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PERSON 
In relation to the treatment of personal data, in conformity with art. 7 (Straight of access to the personal data and other rights) of the personal data treatment code in matter you have the right to obtain or not a confirmation of eventual data that regards you, even if you are not yet registered; as well as you have the right to receive them communicated in intelligible shape. 

You have the right to obtain indication: 

  • of the origin of the personal data; 

  • of the purposes and modality of the treatment; 

  • of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; 

  • of the identifying details of the holder and the people in charge of the treatment; 

  • of the subjects or the subject categories to whom the data can be communicated or who might get knowledge of it in quality of designed representative of the territory of the State, of holder or person in charge. 

You have the right to obtain: 

  • the up-date or integration of the data, the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous shape or the block of the data related to law violations, including those of which the conservation of data is necessary after the collection and successively treatment. 

You have the right to oppose yourself to all or just in part: 

  • because of legitimate reasons of the personal data treatment which regard you, even if connected to the collection of the personal data which regard you for the shipment of advertising material or direct selling or the fulfilment of market researches or commercial communications.
